imo i think she is flirting with you, she obvioulsy likes u and u like her, what i would do in your situation is just make a move, ask her to go on a date with u but dont specify it as a date, ask her to join u at the movies and for a bite to eat or do something us will enjoy, bowling something laid back where u can have fun, keep trying to do that till u think u have developed a more than just friends relationship, then one night when u think its the right time ask her how she feels bout u if she dont give u a straight answer tell her how u feel about her, the worst thing could happen is she tells she only wants to be friends, least that way u know where u stand, been there before man dating sucks, good luck!
