Wrongly banned from 4chan?

I had a party a couple of days ago. Today I noticed I have been permanently banned from from 4chan for posting illegal . One of my friends or enemys must have requested it on my computer. What can I do?! I have contacted moderators, but I am extremly scared the police will come and arrest me.
