I want to go into Criminal Justice but am hesistant.?

Im 34 , single mom and have worked in heallth care for 15 yrs . Iwant to go into the criminal Justice field but really afraid. Has anyone been here before? My employer will reimburse me 70% of my tuition but yet Im hesistant. What is my damn problem?
