I'm not sure if I want to be a teacher or a police officer.?

I have the highest respect for law enforcement officer and i do appreciate what they do. But I've wanted to be a teacher since forever. Right now im tied between the to teacher or cop (maybe a state trooper) . Any advice will help ! Thanks in advance !
