You need graded lists of repertoire. Hinson has a good book, and you can even find online music stores that offer their own system of difficulty grading. You can also consult the ABRSM and RCM lists, if you are British or Canadian. Where is your TEACHER in all this? They should be offering you suggestions to fill your needs - unless they have determined that you are far enough advanced and well-enough informed to find your own solutions. That does not appear to be the case, here - so ASK THEM. you DO have a fine teacher???
