What are some high paying in demand jobs that help people?

I want a career that helps people, but I also dont wnat to go to school for like 8 years. I would like to go to school for longer, to get higher up in a career, but i at least want to be able to make lik 50000 with a ociates or bachelors degree, then work on gettin my masters after awhile. please, dont be rude. thanks.
