The fastest way to lose FAT, is to combine cardio and weight training while at the same time watching your diet. When you are looking at cardio, you want to include interval training. Not long, boring runs. With weight training, you want to make sure you have a low number of repetitions and high weight. When you factor in the diet, you should be consuming carbohydrates in the form of vegetables and have a small portion of meat with every meal (i.e. a large plate of veggies [a little bit of fruit] and a small portion of meat on the side).
