I really like this girl but does she like me?

i went to my brothers swim meet and saw this really cute girl she is my brothers friends sister so we all hung out when we were at swim meets. i was at a friends party and she was there so we talked and she said that i was funny. a short time after this she asked me for my cell phone number. then one day i invited her to come to hershey park with me and 2 other of our friends she said yes and seemed excited in her text but every date i set it for she was busy should i keep rescheduling it just for her? Does she like me?
