Cruise ship jobs? Where do I start?

I am 23 year old woman from the US. I have about ten years of experience in the food and beverage industry because my parents have a banquet hall in Michigan. I have applied a few places like Princess Cruises and Carnival but I haven't heard anything yet. What else can I do? I would really like to go somewhere for an interview? Any advice? I would really appreciate it!
