Theoretical question about time.?

I agree with JARED. Time is *not* a natural feature of the universe. Einstein pretty well proved that. What we perceive as time is relative, not absolute --- there's no Master Cosmic Clock that ticks off the correct time for the entire universe. For example, right now it's 11:15 am on the west coast, but 2:15 pm on the east coast. Which is the correct time?
