None of the links to the Sharp BD-HP21U firmware updates seem to be working. Any suggestions?

Same problem here. If I can't update the firmware then I'm taking it back. Bought it open box at Best Buy. My Sony BDP 300 has a firmware update every month or so. No problems. If Sharp can't support their products then why should I buy them?
