My mom doesn't want me to see my dad?

My mom and dad have been divorced ever since I was 4 years old. She doesn't want me to see my dad. See, my 18th birthday was on November 9th. A couple of weeks before my birthday my dad kept warning my mom that he refuses to keep paying child support after I turn 18. My mom got fed up with it and decided to take legal action. She hired a lawyer and she is going to take my dad to court. According to the lawyer, my dad has to keep paying child support until I graduate high school. Anyways, this was all weeks ago all through the end of last week. This past week it's been fairly calm, but today my dad calls me and asks me when I want to go to his house. He asks me every week but I refuse because I am busy with school work and lately, midterms. So needless to say, I told him that I would ask my mom to drop me off tomorrow. I called her and asked her, and she said straight up no. I kept asking her a few times and she kept saying no. Just one word... No... And then she hung up in my face. Knowing the reason why she said no, I called my dad and told him she had said no and told him I didn't know why (I did know why but I wanted to see what he would say). So he stuttered a little bit and sighed and stuff. And after about 10 seconds or stuttering and silence, he told me... "Your mom is taking me to court for me to pay child support, exc, exc." So then he said "I was saving money to buy you a Christmas gift but now I can't because I have to pay child support." This was odd to me because he has never bought me a Christmas gift before after the divorce. So long story short, I called my mom and told her about the conversation I had with my dad, and she told me "Your dad is a dog. He called you because wants to seem like the hero blah blah blah." So guys... That's the whole story. I am crying as I type this and I am extremely confused and need help... Fast... Please... I don't know what to do...
