Did Singapore do enough to help the Japanese victims after the 9.0 mega quake?

You know Japan is not the only country that has been hit by devastation. There was a dominoe affect from nz, chile, japan, indonesia. Countries around the world have donated, even if singapore has not, at least they showed interest and condolescences to Japan.
