Afraid to date Black women now?

I was walkin my GF home(black woman).I didn't know there were gangs around her area,I got my jaw broke by a black gang.He said,''Don't date our women.''(As if Black women belong to Black men).Anyway I heard about Black women getting killed found in trash cans for dating white men.To Black men do u really think Black women belong to a race of men like u?
